Our books are manufactured and shipped directly from the printer in the 🇬🇧 UK.

Normally, orders are shipped within 7 business days on average. Then allow a few days for transport to your door, which may vary depending on the distance between the print shop and your delivery address.

Also, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date in advance since it is completely outside of our control.

🎄 During holiday seasons, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Grandparents' Day or even Black Friday, these deadlines could be extended depending on the volume of orders to be processed by both the printing company and the carriers.

We always display the current average order processing time on the product page next to the "i" icon so you know if there are any delays at the time you place your order. If there is a delay at the moment, it will always be displayed there.

You will not have to pay any customs fees if you have your order delivered to the following countries:

We do not collect Swiss VAT when paying for your order.

If you are in 🇳🇴 Norway:
We do not collect Norwegian taxes when paying for your order.
Norway may therefore ask you to pay taxes via customs fees. Since VAT on books is 0% in Norway, you may have to pay VAT on the delivery costs (25% of the delivery price) + customs clearance fees if applicable.

The law on the single price of books prohibits discounts on new books, in bookstores as well as online.
