Since the printing company ships your order directly, we only have a limited amount of time to change the shipping address for your order.

Once this time has passed, the order is completely locked on the printing side and we can no longer modify it.

Contact us as soon as possible via messaging, giving us the full address (name, address and telephone number for the carrier) so that we can try to change it for you if it is still possible.

Once the order is placed, it is automatically transmitted locked and sent to the printing house which takes care of all shipments.

We can therefore neither modify its content nor cancel it.

The only exception is the delivery address which can be changed on our side for a limited period of time.

Don't worry, we have you covered 100% in case of damage during transport or manufacturing defect.

Send us a photo of the damage via email for each affected book and we will send you new ones as replacements.

Our books are shipped directly from the printer in the 🇬🇧 UK (or from the US printer for orders in the 🇺🇸 USA).

Normally, orders are dispatched within 7 working days on average (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK and USA).

Then allow a few days for shipping to your door, which may vary depending on the distance between the print shop and your shipping address.

We can never provide a guaranteed delivery date in advance as it is completely outside our control.

🎄 During holiday seasons, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Grandparents' Day or even Black Friday, these deadlines could be extended depending on the volume of orders to be processed by both the printing company and the carriers.

We always display the current average order processing time on the product page next to the "i" icon so you know if there are any delays at the time you place your order. If there is a delay at the moment, it will always be displayed there.

You will not have to pay any customs fees if you have your order delivered to the following countries:

We do not collect Swiss VAT when paying for your order.
Switzerland could therefore ask you to pay VAT via customs charges corresponding to 2.6% of the price of your books and 8.1% of the price of your delivery + customs clearance charges if applicable.

If you are in 🇳🇴 Norway:
We do not collect Norwegian VAT when paying for your order.
Norway may therefore ask you to pay VAT via customs fees. Since VAT on books is 0% in Norway, you will only have to pay VAT on the delivery costs (25% of the delivery price) + customs clearance fees if applicable.
